It's so great to look back on how generous the past month has been to us
To start the year off, we were thrilled to announce that we have just closed an investment from a Dutch impact fund Shamrock Ventures.
Partnering with such an experienced team of entrepreneurs and operators by our side means the world to our company! And we are sure that our shared ambition, our love for nature, and all our combined experience will help Nurtio become a truly category-defining company in our market.

We crossed an ocean (literally) and participated in The Tropical Plant International Expo (TPIE) in Tampa, Florida on January 18th-20th, 2023.
Our CEO Iryna van der Meij had a unique opportunity to showcase our products, network with other companies, and explore the latest industry trends. Throughout these couple of days, she met with well over 50 best industry players (sometimes with two-three companies at the same time), and still didn't have time to chat with everyone as she had planned.
From her own words: “The amount of interest in our products honestly exceeded even my boldest expectations! And knowing that you're doing something really cool for the whole industry did not just flatter me - it filled with the energy and motivation to do even more for this very awesome group of companies and people”
What would be a business trip without a celebration, right? On one of the evenings, Iryna also attended the International Plantscape Awards, where the beauty of plants and the hard work of the individuals and teams that make it possible were celebrated.
On top of everything - we received the Inspirational Journey Award at YES!DELFT AWARDS 2022.
We were just out of words! The lots of grit, the buckets of sweat, and the 6-out-of-5 stars team can truly create wonders! And yes, as we always say: “Hard work always pays off! Always!”
